More foundation work

Matt's flowers.  The walls are getting covered to protect the insides from the potential. rain.

These are the large engineered beams to support the large spans.

General pic of the current state of the framing from the back of the house.

This is the preparation for the next concrete pour.  The piers for the second story balcony.

This is the new foundation framing for the water heater room.  The foundation is on top of the sewer pipe that were discovered in earlier posts. The hole inside the room is described in the next pic.

This is the special foundation for our large front load washer and dryer.  The back will be supported by the existing foundation and the front by three piers.  The pier will sit on the concrete that will be poured in the frame seen.

This is the preparation for the concrete foundation for one of the major supporting members.  The vertical beam drops through the floor and will be directly supported by the to be poured concrete pad.

This is the view out the girls bathroom window.  The neighbors large RV garage was converted into a small house.  It has very high windows.  Our neighbor raised the fence, but not enough.  I'll fix that later.

This is the inners of a strong-wall.  It starts with large bolts that get glued with epoxy into the foundation.  There are several other connecting parts that participate to create the finished wall.

This is another major supporting member that is prepped for foundation pour.

These are the lesser engineered beams that are waiting assignments.
